Runner Notes

Good smooth, packed dirt surface.

Description

Though this trail has no sweeping vistas or long climbs, there are many short, intense bursts of running up or down. Travel along the bench above the valley floor, almost never flat, but not very hard either. The trail goes in and out of the aspen and fir forest and scrub many times, and twice edges close to a golf course down the hill (with lots of "No Trespassing" signs). Just follow the signs and stay on the dirt. Overall, it's an easy intermediate trail and a great finish to Paulie's Plunge if you've come from that way. Note: bikes are allowed on this trail.
