Thousands of saguaro cacti grow in the hills of Saguaro National Park's Tucson Mountain District.
Overshadowed by the plentiful saguaros, the ocotillos of the National Park are big and colorful.
Ocotillo just off the trailhead.
Cholla and prickly pear cacti can grow close to the path on Thunderbird and Brittlebrush. You'll probably come away with a few scratches.
