West Essex Rail Trail in the snow.
The smoother start to the Red-Blazed Trail.
Sometimes you get lucky and the deer are out running, too.
It's not all rocks. There are stretches that are mostly flat footing, aside from the occasional root and buried rock.
There are some rocks to navigate on the trail.
