For a low-use trail, the start of the Acorn Creek Trail had clear signage to follow.
The trail meanders through the aspens much of the way.
Views of the Gore Range start pretty quickly after you start climbing the trail.
Head east up the Acorn Creek Trail to views up toward the ridge objective. Colorado blue columbine dot the trail.
