Description

Pico da Bandeira is the third highest mountain in Brazil. It is an easy hike or run. For the family who is not prepared for a run, it is still an easy hike. You can also camp at the Terreirao to pass the night and watch the beautiful sunrise from the summit.

Half-Day Run: Access from Manhumirim and Alto Caparao, a small village with a lot of hotels and bed & breakfasts.
