Description

This is a viewpoint with easily one of the best hike to view ratios in all of Zion National Park. It offers an unrivaled view of southwestern Utah and is a treat for all ages. This is the perfect place to stop if only visiting the Kolob Canyon portion of the Park for a short period.

Long Walk: Walk a short ways south on the Timber Creek Overlook trail from the Kolob Canyons Viewpoint parking area.

Mostly Dry, Some Mud, Fallen Trees - Kolob is open! What a perfect day with amazing trail condition. The river is super full so there are lots of Creek crossings, and some muddy patches but you can get around them. 4-5 trees that block the path but nothing you can't get past.
