This is a very new trail system, as of April 2016, that is under construction but rideable. THUMB MTB Club is currently working on the trails in the area that is managed by Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks and Rec.

There is a Frisbee golf course on the property and the trail signage is not installed yet. The trails can be accessed by heading across the bridge toward the first tee box to the left. Trails have a long way to go but are getting better every week with weekly trail workdays happening now.
