Trail Sisters Southern New Hampshire

Trail Sisters Southern New Hampshire is a local chapter of Trail Sisters, a women's trail running community. We host guided, no-drop, women's only group runs and hikes across Southern New Hampshire. We predominantly run trails, but roads are fair game too. All official group runs will accommodate runners of all paces and abilities. We will also host occasional women's only social events. Our mission locally is to increase women's participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking.
