Most of this trail is in floodplain; avoid it after storms or after snowmelt.

The proposed bike trail, shown on the paper map, doesn't currently exist.

This trail starts off the end of the access road in the middle of Cole Field. It heads into the woods at a sign and passes by the Sandy Beach Spur (on the right). Here, there is a small box where you might find a paper map of the trails. The trail reaches a "V", where left will take you to Syndicate Road or right will continue on the main trail. The trail passes by Gravel Beach Spur (on the right), where a short trip will take you to a beach with good views of the river. The trail turns left to end at the Syndicate Road Connector.
