The parking area at the end of Berlin Road is filled with deep, muddy ruts; please use caution where you park. The parking area may be inaccessible during the winter.

Runner Notes

This trail is extremely steep. I descended it during the winter without crampons, hit a patch of ice, and slid for a good distance. I wouldn't recommend this (as a running trail), when the trail is icy.

Description

At one time, this was an active ski slope; it appears to be traveled by unauthorized vehicles now. It ascends steeply and offers fine views back over the valley. It passes the Bullock Trails, then passes the Class of '33 Trail (near the top). It ends at the summit of Berlin Mountain.

There is a small sign with information about the ski slope's construction at the junction with the WRLF Loop Connector.
