This trail follows clear singletrack to the top of Kane Mountain, where you'll find a fire tower and an old abandoned cabin. The trail is always fairly wet, and in the wintertime it can have plenty of ice on the tread. As such, traction aids for your footwear are advised. Many points on the trail can have water running down them, so bring waterproof footwear and gaiters if you have them.
There's not much of a view from the true top of the mountain, but climb the fire tower and you'll experience 360-degree views of three different lakes!
