Lots of roots. Footing can be tricky in some parts.

The singletrack trail system at Rowan College at Gloucester County makes for a lovely place to run. In fact, this is a great place for trail running, hiking, or MTBing. While the the trails aren't overly challenging, lots of roots and short, steep climbs make this route a little tougher. The trails are generally well maintained by MTBers and the tread is always in great shape for the D&Q Summer Sizzler MTB race in July. The trail is relatively sandy and drains well, so this is a spot to get back on trail shortly after wet weather.
