Description

If starting at Hune Bridge Campground, the trailhead begins a 5-minute walk down the gravel road. This brief section plus the entirety of the trail is well marked with yellow diamond shapes on the trees.

This is a somewhat milder run compared to the rugged terrain of many Wayne National Forest trails, though there are very steep parts. The covered bridges on either end are historic icons of Washington County and are definitely worth the visit.

It can also be used as a connector to Archer's Fork Loop Trail via the Shay Ridge Trail.
