The Lower Trent Trail is located on an abandoned rail bed that runs parallel to the west side of the Trent River starting at Stockdale Road and continuing north to Glen Ross. In Glen Ross, the trail connects to the multi-use Hastings Heritage Trail continues another 156 kms north to Lake St. Peter.
