There's a small parking lot at the corner of Koura Rd and Rt 305 you can use to park. There's also access to the trail from Rt. 305 just after the intersection of 305, Madison and Sportsman Club Rd

The Meigs Park Trail is a mostly undeveloped, but sits on a historic property from one of the original settlers on the island. It's hard to believe there used to be a dairy farm on the property given how overgrown and wild the park is now.

There are future plans to connect this park to the Grand Forest system, but for now it's a welcome break from running directly on Rt. 305.
