Description
This section starts off the
Pingree Connector and runs southeast, following Great Brook. Here, the trail coincides with
Cocoa's Path and
Great Brook Trail. It turns left by the kiosk and climbs up an old woods road to the farm site of Benjamin Bunker. In 200 yards north from the stone marker, there are a couple cellarholes, that were the foundations of the farmhouse. It turns left onto an access road, then right. Here, the trail follows the
Wolf Tree Trail. When the trail climbs to the stone wall, it runs right. This stone wall marks the boundary between New London and Wilmot. It reaches a small stream and turns left. It climbs up over the hill, then fuses with the
White Pine Trail all the way to Route 4A.
