This is a short trail that will, according to the Greenway Master Plan, be extended north to Woodfin and south, I don't know how far, and east along the Swannanoa River. Despite its low miles, this stretch is currently (Jan 2020) under construction so there should be more to it soon. It'll be great for a run and will allow running or biking to a lot of amazing places in the RAD, as well as connecting with the Greenway trail on the west bank for longer loops.
