Description
There is no trail. The run follows a river with abundant river rocks and potentially deep water. Wear water shoes, bring running poles, and be very careful not to fall and injure yourself. There are no services and you are unlikely to encounter anyone else. The deeper you go into the reserve, the more likely it is that it will rain.

Tropical birds and the usual Costa Rican jungle denizens.
