Fun to hike, lots of roots and rocks though. One very old cemetery about a mile from the Alum Campground

Description

About a mile or so from the Alum Campground there is a very old cemetery in the right, also a chimney from an old home place can be seen on the left farther down the trail. There are really no huge elevation changes but lots of roots and rocks along the trail. Cotton Patch Creek is a pretty and a good place to break for a minute.
