Runner Notes
The run is really in between an "Intermediate" and "Intermediate/Difficult" rating. The route is easy, over soft ground—mostly cut grass and singletrack. There is little elevation change and almost no rocks or roots on the trail. Overall, it's pretty well maintained. The trail runs around and beside a disc golf course, so keep your eyes open for players as you're running near a hole or two.
This trail is pretty popular during the XC season in the fall. Just be aware of the time that you're heading to trail on weekday afternoons in the fall.
