This is a steady climb to Sexton Cabin.

Features Views · Wildlife

This trail is closed during the summer months to avoid interfering with Camp Tohkomeupog.

Day-use passes may be required for some activities. Passes can be purchased at King Pine or The Mill Spa. Snowshoes are required on groomed trails; please stay to the side of the trail and allow skiers to pass. This trail is for winter use only when snow covered.

Description

The trail starts behind the Starr King House and climbs steadily. The trail weaves through the forest, following a series of deer track blazes. This trail ends at the Panther Trail on the south side of Sexton Cabin.

For the Bald Ledge Trail, turn right (behind the cabin) and follow the orange blazes uphill. The trail to the left (downhill) is the Panther Trail. The wide trail directly behind the cabin is just an access road and should not be used (unless you get lost, like I did).
