Need to Know

Adventure Pass required to park at trailheads and day use areas.

Description

This trail starts a few hundred yards south (downhill) from the store/cafe on the left side of the road. The trail heads along the south side of the road and gently drops through a thick forest of large canyon live oaks and bigcone spruce following a seasonal stream. It ends at the junction with the Soldier Creek Trail #9W30, which can be used to make a nice loop trip.

Flora & Fauna

Magnificent canyon live oaks and mixed conifers. Deer, squirrels and occasional bears.
