The Post Canyon Recreation Area is a multi-use trail network formed of Hood River County property and a patchwork of State Park, USDA Forest Service, and private land. The area is also an ongoing tree farm operation, so be aware of potential closures. Expect traffic in both directions and yield appropriately.

Description

Flow On is a short, but aggressive, jump trail that riots down from Middle School to the Seven Streams Trail #100 across from Kleeway Trail. This trail was designed with bikers in mind and they move through here quickly-it may not be a great option for running.
