Runner Notes

It would be very easy to turn an ankle. Probably not a great running trail.

Description

When the weather cooperates, the views to the right on the way up are spectacular. We did not finish the last 200 feet or so due to weather, but the trail to the summit is very similar to the rest of the run. Many rocks and grass are slippery when wet. Use caution. Proper footwear is a must.

Flora & Fauna

Many sheep around and some interesting flora, though I could not identify them. Very green as Wales is. There is an amazing waterfall off in the distance, if the weather cooperates.
