Overview
It is a hard course but without too much climbing and rocks - as we don't have rocks in our part of Denmark.
Need to Know
After the race, we invite you to into the classroom for hot drink, some cake, and fruits. All included in the start fee.

Parts of the track is shared with MTB riders - show respect.
Description
The Start/Finish is located at the Fussingoe Castle. Nearby, it is possible to swim in the lake and there is a building with toilets (open all year). You'll also pass an old watermill (from around the year 1600)
The area around Fussingø and Fussing Sø has Been conserved since 1953 making for a scenic and peaceful setting for this run.

At the lake and point-4 (only summer), there are waterposts.
It is possible to camp in the area (campsites are marked on the map).

Oak, beech and pine forest. Deer, fox, fox, hare, squirrel, and cormorant.
