Runner Notes

There are lots of root outcroppings so be careful! Many are small round glacial stones, so watch your step and stride.

Description

This 7 mile advanced run is a wonderful experience. There area plenty of elevation changes, big hills, and little hills all from the glacial deposits left behind from the last glacial retreat. The trail offers many twists and turns under tree shade as well as full sun in other areas.

Flora & Fauna

Be ready to see critters and birds. Hawks, turkeys, cranes, squirrels and chipmunks all with wildflowers and awesome trees.
