The Skunk Hollow Sneaker Chase was born from a desire to host a trail run in Casper, WY and showcase the unbelievable trail network and beauty atop our local hill, Casper Mountain. With elevations ranging from 7800-8100 feet, the course will surely test your fitness and mental fortitude, but don't let that steer you away!
The goal for SHSC is to provide a grassroots and laid-back feel that trail runners throughout the region are accustomed to, whilst providing a challenging course for all to enjoy. We also made an effort to build a course that would have runners pushing themselves and really experiencing what trail running encompasses. The SHSC hopes to accurately reflect the beginnings of trail running: low entry fees, hometown feel, friendly atmosphere, and genuine camaraderie.
