Relatively lightly used and free of obstacles, this is a pleasant trail for running.

This side trail is an excellent choice for visitors who either have already taken the Hemlock-Chippewa Trail, or who would prefer to see if the grass really is greener on the other side of Chippewa Creek. This trail can only be accessed by first taking the Hemlock-Chippewa Trail, or by starting out from Chippewa Creek Drive.

Though this route crosses Chippewa Creek, the trail is fairly easy, experiencing little to no elevation change. Combine the flatness of the trail with the abundant shade, and this is a very pleasant route to take in the hot summer months. Enjoy the burbling of the creek, and the lush greenery!
