Overview

Dogs: Leashed

Description

This trail allows access to Frosty's Park, St. Mary Falls Trail, and Mount Rosa and connects to the Pipeline Trail. This strenuous singletrack can be used to create loops within the North Cheyenne Canyon area and in the Pike National Forest.

The trail is a steady climb on both side of the Mount Rosa ridge line, providing a long push up one side but a gleeful sustained downhill on the other.

There are great views of Almagre Mountain and the Mt. Rosa summit from the ridge line.

This trail can be accessed from the trails mentioned above or by driving to the end of FR 381 or by parking at Frosty's Park.
