Description

This is one of four races in the Mad Moose Trail Series, which is a series of low cost trail races in Colorado Springs. The 4-mile course covers the lower portion, or the prairie, in the state park. The park has a diverse ecosystem with lots of wildlife. In May, the flowers and trees will be blooming!

At 4 miles, this race is accessible to all runners looking for a fast and fun race. The minimal elevation gain, sweeping view and friendly trail all make this a perfect course for those looking for a first trail race.
