A summer stop on the Ontario Ultra & Trail Race Series offering distances of 25km, 50km, and 75km. Hosted at the race director's home and boasting a small field (250 combined cap) helps to characterize its community essence. Hand-crafted pottery and local syrup highlight the winnings.

Portions of this route include private property. Permission to travel these sections is provided by landowners for the duration of this race only.
Beginning just south of the town of Creemore, this route meanders along the Mad River before it climbs and descends the Niagara Escarpment. Escarpment-top views include pastoral vistas toward Georgian Bay. The trail portions are mostly singletrack and are connected by sections of dirt road. The loop finishes with the option for runners to cross through the Mad River or stay dry by taking a short bridge.
