Beautiful scenery year round. Wildlife abound including snakes, bobcat, deer, etc.

Beautiful multi-use trails. Cooler than the surrounding areas even in summer.

Description

Park at Meadowbrook Park at the corner of Red Apple and Westwood. Run down the paved Freedom trail until you reach the northern most part. Enter through the fence opening and run along the train tracks until you reach the trailhead on the left side of the creek.

Flora & Fauna

Bobcat, Deer, Birds and Squirrels are often seen. Wildflowers are abundant mostly in spring. Mature oaks are plentiful.

History & Background

These trails have been in existence since the late 80's early 90's and have morphed into what they are today. FUN!
