This route showcases nice, paved trails that connect with others in the same system (Arabia Mountain, Rockdale River Trail
and South River Trails). If you're looking for an ultra-long journey, this system provides a combined distance of over 30 miles of trail.

Paved trail. Shared by bikers, runners and walkers. Dogs allowed (leashed).
Head south on the Arabia Mountain Trail
through forest, and past small creeks/waterfalls. There is a good chance you'll spot hares, deer, and snakes.
This route is great for a nice, quick, short run. It has a little bit of uphill, a little bit of downhill, and plenty of flat segments. This variety are what make this route great when time is limited. The boardwalk sections are also a little forgiving on the legs.
