After the Run: Local Favorites

The Store Grocery The muffins are to die for.
919 37th St, Anacortes WA — (360) 293-2851
Mariposa The only place I know where 1 taco is enough for lunch. And they make their own corn tortillas. It's all yumminess!
14003 Gilmore Ave, Bow WA — (360) 820-9912
Old Edison Inn great food
5829 Cains Ct, Bow WA — (360) 766-6266
Tweets Try to pay with cash or else the owner has to go across the street to run your card :(
5800 Cains Ct, Bow WA — (360) 820-9912
Slough foods check out the courtyard in back... perfect spot for some meat, cheese, bread, and a glass of wine!!
5766 Cains Ct Ste B, Bow WA — (360) 766-4458
Breadfarm Challah on Fridays is amazing!
5766 Cains Ct, Bow WA — (360) 766-4065
Donut House Raspberry Cream Cheese Big Foot. ( enough for three days )
Calico Cupboard They have gluttonously good cream puffs that have both custard and whipped cream inside. And they're about the size of a small child... And dipped in chocolate. #treatyoself
Village Pizza The half size chef salad is huge and super yummy! Try it.
Rhodedendron Cafe If you just want a quick, tasteless meal, do NOTcome here. Their food deserves to be appreciated and enjoyed. Not fancy at all but the quality rivals any urban restaurant!
5521 Chuckanut Dr, Bow WA — (360) 766-6667
Mary Ann's Kitchen Fabulous! We will go out of our way to eat here. Everything is home made and fresh. Real maple syrup too!
907 7th St, Anacortes WA — (360) 299-0892
Calico Cupboard Old Town Cafe and Bakery Their espresso is fine, but stay away from their hot chocolate. I've had better hot chocolate at an interstate rest area. They use powered chocolate and water, yuck. Four dollars for this? No thanks!
Island Cafe Great french dip.
Gere-a-Deli try either of these two menu originals...either a whole Tim's Turkey Chest Delight on Sourdough or the twelve inch (12") Supremo served hot! Yummo!
Frida's Gourmet Mexican Cuisine Chiles en Nogada is a unique (to me) combination of roasted poblano peppers, ground beef, fruits, and veggies with a balsamic reduction. Crazy!
Asian 1 They have a ton of Gluten free items :)
Panera Bread Broccoli cheese soup is amazing here!
Olive Garden Delicious Portobello Ravioli... Yum yum... Don't forget the Tiramisu!!!
