In Järnforsen there is a whole network of fantastic trails, all starting right outside the community. At the start there is a barbecue area, parking and a toilet, and here also begins an exercise trail and cross country tracks for skiing.

The red trail is the longest in Järnforsen and takes you about 4-5 hours to experience and is about 12 km long. A very beautiful and varied running trail for you, who want to run a circular trail and experience many surprises. Quite a lot up and down, but you'll be rewarded with nice views, adventurous ravines and nice waterways. Along the trail there are windbreaks to stop at and also spend the night for those who wish.
