Description

The trail is well-marked with cyan trail blazes and can be accessed either from the small horseshoe parking lot to the southwest or through connector trails. Footing can be tricky in a few spots where there are exposed roots and squishy or muddy ground. Where the trail meets Canfield Road to the north and Hopkins Point Road to the south, there is ample grassy shoulder to follow back to where the trail loops in the opposite direction.

Flora & Fauna

Deer are extremely common in this area year-round, and deer flies can be a significant bother in the summer.
