This trail is a new machine-cut trail that begins and ends on the Never Never Land Loop in DeSoto State Park. It is best done clockwise so as to make the steepest sections downhill instead of uphill. It is well-graded, similar to the Gilliam Loop, and is not as difficult as the Never Never Land Loop which is the only way to access it.
While running clockwise, there is one steep, rocky descent not far from where the trail starts. Of course, if running the trail counter-clockwise, this descent becomes an ascent that may feel a little steep and rugged but you are near the end of the trail (back to Never Never Land Loop) at that point.
