This is a multi-use area, please respect other users. Bikes yield to hikers yield to horses.

Description

This short and fun section starts right at the trailhead and is the first singletrack segment on all of the run on the Contrabando trail section. It's usually done as the final leg of all runs as well.

There is one steep creek crossing. There is an option to run the dirt road and skip the singletrack for folks interested in a less rugged out and back run on the jeep trail.
