Description

This trail is the main path from the western entrance and allows access to the Ton Kiol Track, which branches off at the end point.

The trail begins on a wide, well-maintained path that dives straight into the forest. This first half of the track is easy to walk, also for families with children. There are signs explaining the wildlife along the path. Expect to see macaques, langurs, squirrels, peacocks, monitor lizards, snakes, and other wildlife. As you travel, you'll pass dense groves of bamboo that drape over the trail. Keep an eye out for swimming spots along the Sok River, especially if you're hiking in the hot season.

After the halfway point, you'll reach a hut maintained by park rangers. You will find public toilets there and you can make friends with their pigs and the local monkeys. Right after that you will notice the Wing Hin Waterfall. After this point, the trail becomes more difficult. Sure footing is important, and muddy conditions are common. Side trails to the river for swimming wind around the main path, which can make navigation confusing. Towards the end of the trail, about 4.5 km in, you'll pass the Bang Liap Nam Waterfall.
