Description

The Nate Avery Trail (which is also known as the Buffalo Park Loop) is really not a trail but a wide path (as seen in the photos). It is in the northern part of Flagstaff and very popular with locals for a morning or evening outing. The Arizona Trail does pass through the heart of Buffalo Park. There is no shade during this run, and at 2 miles, it is nice for a stroll after lunch or dinner in town.
