Description

This verdant forest surrounding Upper Francis Pond in the 25-acre, Upper Francis Pond Preserve, is home to the oldest stand of tulip trees in the area and is vital nesting habitat for great horned owls and ruby throated hummingbirds. The trail is easy to navigate and features a gentle slope.
