Description

The Stagecoach Hill Azalea Nature Trail is a 0.5-mile long trail above Big Lagoon. The trail is family and dog friendly, and has a bench with an ocean view. The best time of year to visit is late spring to early summer when the azaleas and rhododendrons are blooming. The park sign is currently down; look for a muddy parking turn around, and a no-camping sign at the trail entrance. This recently added parcel is part of the California State Park system.
