Runner Notes

This trail is a bit more technical than some of the other trails in the park. It twists and turns a lot and has some roots along the way.

Description

The Rocky Knob Trail (green) is accessed from the Lick Run Trail or the Shawnee Ridge Trail. This trail basically extends the Lick Run Trail another 1.5 miles and makes it a bit more technical. The trail itself is constructed similar to the other trails in the park and gets some good mountain bike use (which means it is usually pretty smooth, except for the roots).
